Doffin – API Portal (Test Environment)

This is the test environment for the Doffin APIs.

Doffin is the Norwegian database for announcements of public procurement and procurement in the utilities sector (water and energy supply, transport and telecommunications) subject to EEA regulations.

The purpose of this API portal is to provide third-party systems (such as KGV systems and other integrators) access to Doffin APIs for integration and testing purposes.

The portal provides access to:

• Notices API (submission and processing of notices)

• Public APIs (retrieval of published notices and related data)

• Other Doffin APIs made available for testing

This environment is intended for testing and integration only.

• Notices submitted in this environment are published on test.doffin.no for testing purposes only. They do not constitute official publication on the production Doffin portal or on TED and have no legal effect.

• Data in this environment may differ from production

• Test data may be reset periodically

Access to the APIs requires registration. Once approved, you may create a subscription and use the provided subscription key to access the available endpoints.
